Congratulations to Team Ruthie! AWESOME job getting a new title and third place!

I showed Major (father of the Sparklers and the Wildflowers) in Veterans Sweeps today…

He got third in a large and very lovely class! Very cool.

Kjempe (Wildflowers) stopped by for a visit — he is wonderful! We got a family photos — Daisy, Major and two of their sons (Chase and Kjempe)…

And tonight at the Top Twenty, look who were caught together…

That is Ferguson, father of the Bright Stars, and Pippin, father of the Moonshadows! Ferguson was in the Top Twenty tonight but he was not too busy to practice with his daughter…

Pippin’s Big News is that he also finished his CD today — Congratulations to Team Pippin!

Daisy enjoyed watching the elk parade today — they sauntered right on through the RV area…

It feels like Day 97 — Specialties are frenetic.

Tuesday

Another cold day. I am STILL chilled to the bones — brrrr….

Daisy was in her first ever draft test and all was going well until she saw the Narrows. They apparently called to her — what Lori said it appeared Daisy heard was, “CHARGE!”

And so she did.

Amazingly she almost made it through — with me in hot pursuit — but yes, the wheel hit the wood and it was a flunk. A most unusual one, I must say.

Capella got to visit with Pippin (Moonshadow Dad) at the Welcome Reception…

Sparkle passed Novice Draft for the fourth time — she won an award for being the oldest qualifier, did an amazingly good job, and one of the judges even said he wanted to take her home. Sparkle is rather sparkly…

It is not just Berners hanging out at the show site…

The father of the Moonshadows, Pippin, passed his first ever draft test with his human, Tara. They did an amazingly good job — congratulations to them!

Things looked a bit different by the time Team Ruthie headed into the draft ring…

But they passed! Well done, Team Ruthie!
